Only local accounts are eligible for CR membership. It is not applicable for overseas account and travel agents. To join the programme, a valid, individual email address is required. Two members may not share the same email address. By becoming a CR member, members agree to receive emails such as:

• Point statements and other information relating to Member’s account.

• Caravelle Saigon’s Monthly Newsletter and Promotions.

The Hotel reserves the right to amend the rules, restrictions, programme benefits, and special offers without notice. Additionally, the Hotel reserves the right to adjust CR Point values as and when necessary to reflect changing market condition and to terminate the CR programme at any time.



Members may check their CR Point balance and redeem their CR Points for Rewards by:

• Written redemption request sent directly to caravelle.rewards@caravellehotel.com

• CR reward points should be claimed within 01 year from the Member’s checks out date, expired points will be automatically eliminated from the total balance without notice.

• Upon redemption, members shall collect their Reward Certificates for Caravelle Saigon products and services. Members shall state their intention to use the Reward Certificates at the point of reservation. Utilization of the Reward Certificates is subject to availability.



Rewards are subject to availability at time of request. The address to deliver the rewards should be notified. Caravelle Saigon Product and Services: Reward certificates are valid for 06 months from the date of issue and are non-transferable, unless stated otherwise. Reward Certificates of Caravelle Saigon Productions and services are available to collect after 05 working days. Members shall state their intention to use the Reward Certificates at the point of reservation. Utilisation of the Reward Certificates is subject to availability. Unused Reward Certificates may not be extended, returned for credit to the Member’s accounts, or exchanged for cash.



Members are solely responsible for making reservations and for confirmation of stays or services provided by CR participating Partners. All vouchers issued by outside Partners will be subject to the outside Partners terms of use.



It is the Members’ responsibility to quote their CR membership number when making reservations. Members who are missing credit from their CR member account should notify the CR Membership Services within 60 days from the check-out date. Otherwise, the relevant CR Points will be forfeited. Any claims for missing CR Points can be forwarded to CR Membership Services via email. Whenever there is a change of personal profile, it is the Member’s sole responsibility to inform CR Membership Services in writing. Points cannot be redeemed after resignation.
